Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.

2

Marinate the Chicken

Place the chicken breast in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-450°F or 190-232°C).

4

Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Place the chicken breast on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

5

Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the chicken breast from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
