Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken Wings

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, honey, and soy sauce. Mix well to create a marinade. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

  2. 3

    Bake the Chicken Wings

Remove the chicken wings from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.

  3. 4

    Prepare the Garnish

While the wings are baking, chop the fresh parsley and cut lemon into wedges. Set aside.

  4. 5

    Serve

Once the chicken wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges on the side.
