Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Artichokes

If using canned artichoke hearts, drain and rinse them well. If using frozen, thaw and chop them into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Mix the Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. 3

    Add the Cheese and Seasonings

To the cream cheese mixture, add the chopped artichokes, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Baking

  1. 4

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 5

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Spread the artichoke dip mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.

  3. 6

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.

Serving

  1. 7

    Garnish

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top for garnish.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve hot with tortilla chips for dipping.
