Prepare the Chicken Wings
Start by thoroughly cleaning the chicken wings under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels.

Prepare the Bacon
Cook the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then chop into small pieces.

Make the Breading Mixture
In a large bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.

Coat the Wings
Dip each chicken wing into the egg wash, then into the breading mixture, ensuring they are fully coated. Finally, sprinkle the chopped bacon on top.

Fry the Wings
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the coated wings in batches for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Honey Hot Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together honey and hot sauce. Brush this mixture over the fried wings before serving.
