Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Spread the wings out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and fully cooked.

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine and simmer for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation

Prepare the Blue Cheese Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately with blue cheese dressing on the side.
