Preparation

1

Prepare the Salad Base

Wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Peel and slice the cucumber.

2

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from the skillet, drain on paper towels, and crumble once cooled.

3

Prepare the Chicken and Eggs

If using pre-cooked chicken, shred or chop into bite-sized pieces. For hard-boiled eggs, peel and chop them into quarters.

Assembly

4

Assemble the Salad

In a large salad bowl, layer the romaine lettuce as the base. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, chicken, crumbled bacon, and hard-boiled eggs on top.

5

Add Cheese and Dressing

Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over the salad. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.

6

Toss and Serve

Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients and coat with dressing. Serve immediately.
