Preparation of Chicken Marsala

Prepare Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Dredge each piece in all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess.
- 2
Sauté Chicken
In a large skillet, heat 1/2 cup of olive oil over medium heat. Add the floured chicken breasts in batches and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.

- 4
Make Sauce
Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth. Stir and bring to a simmer, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for another 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has slightly thickened.
- 5
Finish with Parsley
Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the chicken Marsala before serving.
