For the Sliders

Toppings and Condiments

Method

Preparing the Beef Patties

  1. 1

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the beef.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, about 2 inches in diameter.

Cooking the Sliders

  1. 3

    Heat the Pan

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Cook the Patties

Add the beef patties to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, until browned.

  3. 5

    Flip and Add Cheese

Flip the patties and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each one. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked through.

Assembling the Sliders

  1. 6

    Prepare the Buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the slider buns in half.

  2. 7

    Build the Sliders

On each bottom half of the bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a beef patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato (sliced medium), pickles, and any additional condiments like ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise.

  3. 8

    Top with Bun

Place the top half of the bun on each slider to complete.
