Rinse the calamari rings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Prepare Calamari

In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, whisk the egg and water together. Dip the calamari rings first into the egg mixture and then into the flour mixture to coat.

Make Batter

In a large pot, heat oil to 375°F (190°C). Fry the coated calamari in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and water until smooth. Adjust consistency with more water if necessary. Add red pepper flakes for heat.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Prepare the Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the chicken wings in the spice mixture until they are evenly coated.

Season the Wings

Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the hot sauce until well blended.

Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.

In a large pot, steam the fresh spinach until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and chop finely.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Fold in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

In a small bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

On one slice of sourdough bread, layer the mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, and basil leaves.

Assemble the Sandwich

Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.

Place another slice of sourdough on top and press down gently. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the sandwich on both sides until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
