Prepare the Stuffing
In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, pine nuts, raisins, grated Romano cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Stuff the Calamari
Gently stuff each calamari tube with the prepared stuffing, being careful not to overfill. Use toothpicks to seal the ends of the tubes.

Pan-Seer the Calamari
In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the stuffed calamari and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Braised in Tomato Sauce
Once the calamari is seared, add the seafood-infused tomato sauce to the skillet. Cover and let simmer for about 20 minutes, until the calamari are tender.

Serve
Remove the calamari from the skillet and place them on a serving dish. Spoon some of the tomato sauce over the top and serve warm.
