Clams Casino Recipe
A classic New England dish: Clams Casino. Fresh Cherrystone clams are chucked and chopped into pieces. The clams are put back in their shell and topped with our homemade casino butter (blended with herbs, garlic, and breadcrumbs) and broiled until golden crispy.

Prepare the Clams
Preheat your oven's broiler. Rinse the Cherrystone clams under cold water. Using a knife, carefully open each clam and remove the meat. Chop the clam meat into small pieces and set aside.

Make the Casino Butter
In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped basil, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Assemble the Clams
Return the chopped clam meat to the shells. Top each clam with a generous amount of the casino butter mixture.

Broil the Clams
Place the clams on a baking sheet and broil in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
