Prepare the Haddock
Preheat your broiler. Rinse the haddock fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Assemble the Dish
Place the seasoned haddock fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil. Pour the white wine around the fish, then evenly distribute the breadcrumb mixture on top of each fillet.

Broil the Haddock
Broil the haddock for about 8-10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
