Brew 2 cups of freshly brewed coffee using your preferred method (drip, French press, etc.).

In a separate pot, bring 2 cups of hot water to a boil. Add the tea bags and steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on desired strength.

In a small saucepan, gently heat 1 cup of milk over low heat until warm, but do not bring it to a boil.
