Prepare the Prawns

Cook the Prawns
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the peeled and deveined prawns to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

Ice Bath
Immediately transfer the cooked prawns to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Let them cool for about 5 minutes, then drain and pat dry.

Marinate
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled prawns with lemon juice and salt. Toss gently to coat and set aside.
Prepare the Cocktail Sauce

Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Assemble the Dish

Garnish
On a serving plate, place the lettuce leaves as a bed for the prawns. Arrange the marinated prawns on top of the lettuce.

Drizzle the cocktail sauce over the prawns or serve it on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
