Chicken Burger
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Patties
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 2
Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
- 3
Cook the Patties
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 75°C/165°F).
- 4
Assemble the Burger
Toast the burger buns. On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a chicken patty, a slice of tomato, and a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Top with the other half of the bun.
Fries
- 5
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to make fries.
- 6
Season the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.
- 7
Bake the Fries
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
Coleslaw

- 9
Make the Dressing
In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- 10
