Method
Mini Burgers
- 1
Prepare the Beef Patties
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- 2
Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into small burger patties, approximately 1/2 inch thick.
- 3
Cook the Patties
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness. Add the cheese slice on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- 4
Fries
- 5
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to create fries.
- 6
Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 7
Fry the Potatoes
Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches, avoiding overcrowding. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- 8
Drain and Season
Using a slotted spoon, remove the fries and transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
