Prepare Kiwi Puree
Peel and chop fresh kiwis. Blend them in a food processor or blender until smooth. If desired, strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds for a smoother texture.

Juice the Lime
Cut a fresh lime in half and use a juicer or your hand to extract 1 oz of fresh lime juice. Set aside.
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 oz of premium vodka, 1 oz of fresh kiwi puree, and 1 oz of fresh lime juice. Shake well until chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with 4 oz of ginger beer, gently stirring to combine.

Garnish the drink with 2 slices of kiwi and a lime wedge on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately.
