Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips about 1–2 inches wide.

Bread the Chicken
Take each chicken strip, first coat it in flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot (about 350°F or 175°C).

Fry the Chicken Tenders
Working in batches, fry the breaded chicken tenders for about 3–4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Dipping Sauce

Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, and mustard. Mix until well combined.

Serve the crispy chicken tenders hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
