Instructions

  1. 1

    Brew the Tea

In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the decaf Earl Grey tea bags. Allow to steep for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare Lavender Syrup

While the tea is steeping, in a separate saucepan, combine 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of dried lavender. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Let it simmer for 10 minutes, then strain the syrup into a jar and let it cool.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Remove the tea bags from the brewed tea and stir in 2 tablespoons of the lavender syrup.

  4. 4

    Steam the Milk

In a small saucepan or using a milk frother, heat and steam the milk until it is hot and frothy. Do not boil.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Drink

Pour the lavender-infused tea into a mug, then gently pour the steamed milk on top. Stir gently to combine.

  6. 6

    Garnish

Sprinkle a teaspoon of dried lavender on top for garnish and enjoy your Lavender London Fog!
