Mineral Water (single serving)

Method

Mineral Water (single serving)

1

Prepare glass and water

Select a clean 12 fl oz drinking glass. If using filtered still water, pour 12 fl oz (about 355 ml) of cold filtered water into the glass. If you prefer colder water, add 4 ice cubes before or after adding water.

2

Add minerals

Sprinkle a small pinch (approximately 1 pinch) of mineral salt blend into the water. The pinch delivers trace minerals (sodium, magnesium, calcium) to mimic mineral water. Stir gently with a spoon for 5–10 seconds until the pinch is fully dissolved.

3

Optional citrus

If desired, squeeze the lemon wedge into the glass for a hint of acidity and aroma, then drop the wedge in as garnish.

4

Serve

Taste and adjust: if you want a slightly more mineral flavor, add another tiny pinch and stir again. Serve immediately while cold.

Sparkling version (optional)

5

Chill glass and carbonated water

Choose a chilled 12 fl oz glass. Pour 12 fl oz (about 355 ml) of well-chilled carbonated water into the glass to preserve effervescence.

6

Add minerals carefully

Add a single small pinch of mineral salt blend to the sparkling water. Stir very gently once or twice to avoid excessive foaming and preserve carbonation; the minerals will disperse without much agitation.

7

Optional garnish

Slip a slice of lemon or lime onto the glass rim or drop it into the water for aroma and slight acidity.

8

Serve

Taste and adjust: if you prefer more mineral presence, add another tiny pinch. Serve immediately to enjoy the bubbles.
