Preparation

    Clean the Seafood

    Rinse the large shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. If using whole shrimp, peel and devein them. Set aside.

    Prepare the Oysters

    If using fresh oysters, scrub the shells under cold water to clean them. Keep them on ice until ready to serve.

Cooking

    Sauté the Shrimp

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the cleaned shrimp, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

    Combine with Crab

    Once the shrimp are cooked, gently fold in the fresh crab meat and lemon juice. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.

Serving

    Plate and Garnish

    Transfer the shrimp and crab mixture to a serving platter. Arrange the oysters on the side. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

    Serve immediately while hot, allowing guests to enjoy the seafood with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
