Directions
- 1
Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Aioli
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and set aside.
- 2
Braised Beef Tenderloin
Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the beef on all sides until browned. Lower the heat, cover, and braise for about 20-30 minutes until tender. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
- 3
Toast the Hoagie Rolls
Lightly butter the hoagie rolls and toast them in the oven until golden brown.
- 4
Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of each toasted hoagie roll, layer sliced beef tenderloin, followed by provolone cheese and onion straws. Spread a generous amount of Garlic Parmesan Aioli on the top half of the roll.
- 5
Serve
Close the sandwich, cut in half if desired, and serve immediately with extra aioli on the side.
