In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the grated cucumber, chopped green onions, and fresh dill until well combined.

Season the Spread
Season the mixture with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the spread for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood-smoked bacon until crispy, about 4-6 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Bread
Lay out the slices of walnut wheat bread on a clean surface.

Spread the Benedictine
Spread a generous amount of the chilled benedictine spread on one side of each slice of bread.

On four slices of bread, layer crispy bacon, fresh lettuce leaves, and sliced cucumbers on top of the spread.
