Preparation of House Dijonnaise

Mix the Dijonnaise
In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard. Mix well until fully combined and smooth. Set aside.
Assemble the Sandwich

Prepare the Bread
Take 2 slices of walnut wheat bread and lay them flat on a clean surface.

Spread the Dijonnaise
Spread a generous layer of the house dijonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.

Layer the Ingredients
On one slice of bread with dijonnaise, layer the roasted turkey breast evenly. Then, add the Swiss cheese, followed by the cheddar cheese.

Add Bacon, Tomato, and Lettuce
Next, place the slices of applewood-smoked bacon on top of the cheeses. Then, slice the medium tomato and layer it on top of the bacon. Finally, add the lettuce leaves.

Complete the Sandwich
Place the second slice of bread on top, dijonnaise side down, to complete the sandwich.

Cut the sandwich in half diagonally, if desired, and serve immediately.
