Method
Preparation
- 1
Marinate the Pork Chops
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Place the pork chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chops are well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.

Cook the Pork Chops
After marinating, remove the pork chops from the refrigerator. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter. Once the butter has melted and is sizzling, add the pork chops to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and they have a nice golden-brown crust.

Rest the Pork Chops
Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the skillet and place them on a plate. Cover them loosely with aluminum foil and let them rest for 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, making the pork chops tender and juicy.
