Prepare the Pasta

    Cook the Pasta

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables

    Chop the Vegetables

    While the pasta is cooking, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

    Halve the Cherry Tomatoes

    Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.

Make the Sauce

    Sauté Garlic

    In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

    Add Vegetables

    Add the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

    Add Tomatoes and Seasoning

    Stir in the canned diced tomatoes and basil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then let simmer for 5 minutes to combine flavors.

Combine and Serve

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

    Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetable sauce. Toss everything together gently until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.

    Serve with Garnish

    Serve the pasta primavera hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
