Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Apples
Wash, core, and dice the Gala apples into small pieces. Set aside.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Stir well to combine.

To the dry mixture, add the diced apples and applesauce. Pour in the milk and stir until everything is well combined.
Bake the Oatmeal

Transfer to Baking Dish
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter. Pour the oatmeal mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the oatmeal is set.
