Smash the Patties
Place two beef balls on the hot surface and immediately smash them down with a sturdy spatula to create thin patties. Cook for about 3 minutes until a crust forms.

Assemble the Burgers
On the bottom half of each toasted bun, spread a generous amount of Uncle Boojie’s Famous Bourbon Bacon Jam. Add two patties per burger, a handful of dill pickles, and top with the other half of the bun.
