Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets. Rinse and pat dry.

  2. 2

    Make the Batter

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.

Baking

  1. 3

    Coat the Cauliflower

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated. Shake off any excess batter.

  2. 4

    Bake the Cauliflower

Arrange the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Saucing

  1. 5

    Add Buffalo Sauce

Once the cauliflower is baked, remove it from the oven and place it in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve

Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot, with your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
