Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Sprinkle the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides. Drizzle with olive oil.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest.

Fries Preparation

  1. 3

    Cut the Potatoes

Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into thin strips to make fries.

  2. 4

    Fry the Potatoes

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the potato strips in batches and fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.

Garlic Butter Preparation

  1. 5

    Make Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. Stir until the garlic is fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Serve

Place the grilled steak on a plate, top with garlic butter, and serve alongside the crispy fries.
