Preparing the Salmon

Marinate the Salmon
In a shallow dish, combine olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon fillets and turn to coat. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes at room temperature.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F or 190-200°C).

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini. Cut the bell peppers into strips and the zucchini into rounds.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

Finish the Sauce
Remove the sauce from heat and stir in chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving

Plate the Dish
On a serving plate, place a grilled salmon fillet alongside a portion of grilled seasonal vegetables. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the salmon and vegetables.
