Cuban Pork Panini Ingredients
Method
Preparation Instructions
- 1
Marinate the Pork
In a bowl, combine garlic, orange juice, lime juice, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add pork tenderloin, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- 2
Cook the Pork
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the marinated pork in a baking dish and roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- 3
Assemble the Panini
Slice the pork into thin pieces. On each piece of Cuban bread or ciabatta roll, layer pork, Swiss cheese, and pickles. Close the sandwich.
- 4
Grill the Panini
Heat a skillet or panini press over medium heat. Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich. Grill the sandwiches until golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 5
Serve
Slice the panini in half and serve with a side salad of your choice.
