Wings
Method
Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure they crisp up nicely.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake them in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 3
Toss with Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Choose your desired sauces (hot, medium, mild, south buffalo, black 40 gold, or BBQ) and toss the wings until they are evenly coated.
- 4
Serve
Serve the wings hot with bleu cheese dressing on the side, along with celery and carrot sticks for dipping.
