Stuffed Banana Peppers
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Banana Peppers
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the tops off the banana peppers and remove the seeds carefully.
- 2
Make the Cheese Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar, basil, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- 3
Stuff the Peppers
Fill each banana pepper with the cheese mixture, packing it in gently. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4
Prepare Garlic Toast
In a small bowl, mix olive oil with minced garlic. Brush the garlic oil over the slices of bread. Arrange on the baking sheet with the stuffed peppers.
- 5
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the peppers are tender. The bread should be golden and toasted.
- 6
Serve
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your stuffed banana peppers over garlic toast!
