Method
Wrap Preparation
- 1
Cook the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with blackening seasoning and cook them in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Let them rest before slicing.
- 2
Prepare the Wrap
Lay the tortilla wraps on a flat surface. On each wrap, layer the romaine lettuce, diced tomato, sliced red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
- 3
Add Chicken and Dressing
Slice the cooked blackened chicken and place it on top of the layered ingredients. Drizzle the Southwest dressing over the chicken.
- 4
Wrap It Up
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up, securing all the ingredients inside.
- 5
Serve
Cut the wraps in half and serve with a side of tortilla chips.
