Preparation of Tofu and Vegetables

Prepare the Tofu
Drain the firm tofu and press it between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into thick slices or cubes.

Fry the Tofu
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cook the Baby Corn
In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the baby corn and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the Soy Vinaigrette

Mix the Vinaigrette
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and minced ginger until well combined.
