Preparation of Soda Base

    Mix Carbonated Water

    In a large mixing bowl, pour 4 cups of carbonated water and let it sit to maintain its fizz.

    Add Sweetener

    Slowly add 1 cup of high fructose corn syrup to the carbonated water while stirring gently to combine.

    Incorporate Flavorings

    Add 1 tsp of natural flavoring extract and 1 tsp of citric acid to the mixture. Stir until fully dissolved.

    Add Caffeine (Optional)

    If desired, add 50 mg of caffeine to the mixture and stir to incorporate.

Coloring & Sweetening

    Add 1 tsp of caramel color to the soda base and mix thoroughly to achieve a consistent color.
