It Seems To Work Well For Me Recipe

There are a couple Chinese food places that I like that both happen to use this app. One is near my house, one is near my office. Different owners, but I think it’s a nice coincidence they use the same app. I just now updated to the latest version and read some of the other reviews. I thought I should put my two cents in that I have had a really good experience with this app. It remembers my orders, it charges what it says it’s going to charge, it allows me to set my tip where I want… I really don’t have any complaints. Both the restaurants I use it for offer coupons through the app for free food if you reach a certain dollar amount - I don’t know if that is an app feature or just part of these two restaurants, but either way I like that and it is really easy to use.

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate Chicken

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Add the chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare Vegetables

While the chicken is marinating, wash and prepare the vegetables. Cut the broccoli into florets, slice the bell pepper, and julienne the carrots.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Stir-fry Chicken

In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  2. 4

    Add Vegetables

Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots to the pan. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  3. 5

    Finish the Dish

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the stir-fry and toss to combine. Remove from heat.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve

Serve the stir-fried chicken and vegetables over cooked rice. Garnish with chopped green onions.
