Needs improvement. To start, when you open a menu, it actually opens a web view of the menu. So iOS suggests you use the Menufy app with a banner at the top. Which makes no sense because you’re in the app! This feels very amateur-ish.

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures even cooking.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.

  3. 3

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Baking Process

  1. 4

    Combine Mixtures

Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

  2. 5

    Add Optional Ingredients

Fold in the chocolate chips and/or chopped nuts if desired.

  3. 6

    Pour and Bake

Pour the batter into a greased or lined baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  4. 7

    Cool and Serve

Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
