Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Biscuits

Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the buttermilk until just combined. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead a few times until smooth. Roll out to 1-inch thickness and cut into 8 biscuits. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.

  2. 2

    Make the Sausage Gravy

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned. Sprinkle flour over the sausage and stir to combine. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly, until thickened. Season with black pepper and salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the Black Label bacon strips over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Breakfast Potatoes

Cube the potatoes and boil in salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and toss with olive oil, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and season with salt. Sauté in a skillet until golden and crispy.

  5. 5

    Serve Together

Serve the biscuits warm, topped with sausage gravy, alongside crispy bacon, hand-pattied sausages, and the breakfast potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
