Cook the Protein
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces with a spatula, until fully cooked (about 8-10 minutes). Drain any excess fat and set aside.

Prepare the Toppings
While the beef is cooking, chop the green onions and cilantro. Set aside for later use.
Assembling the Nachos

Layer the Chips
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). On a large baking sheet, spread the tortilla chips evenly to cover the surface.

Add the Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese evenly over the tortilla chips.

Add the Protein
Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef over the cheese layer.

Add the Jalapeños
Scatter the pickled jalapeños over the beef and cheese.

Bake the Nachos
Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving the Nachos

Remove the nachos from the oven and garnish with dollops of sour cream, guacamole, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
