Method
Prepare Cauliflower

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Cut Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Season Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Bake Cauliflower
Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Make Buffalo Sauce

Melt Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Simmer Sauce
Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
Combine and Serve

Toss Cauliflower
Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the baked cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.

If desired, serve the buffalo cauliflower with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
