Cook the Bratwurst
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the bratwurst and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.

In a small saucepan, add the sauerkraut and caraway seeds. Heat over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until warmed through.

On a serving platter, place the cooked bratwurst alongside the warmed sauerkraut. Serve with dijon mustard on the side for dipping.
