Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half, lengthwise.
Batter

Make the Coating
In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Gradually add water to form a smooth batter.
Frying

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Brussels Sprouts
Dip each Brussels sprout half in the batter, allowing excess to drip off. Carefully place them in the hot oil. Fry in batches for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Honey Sriracha Glaze
In a small saucepan, combine honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Heat over low heat, stirring until well mixed and slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.

Toss the Brussels Sprouts
Place the fried Brussels sprouts in a large bowl and drizzle the honey sriracha glaze over them. Toss well to coat evenly.
