Prepare the Bratwurst
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the bratwurst sausages on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.

While the bratwurst is grilling, you can warm the hot dog buns. Place them on the grill for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, just until they are lightly toasted.

In a small saucepan, heat the sauerkraut over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
