Prepare the Crab Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined and set aside.

Prepare the Tomatoes
Slice the green tomatoes into 1/2 inch thick slices. Season with salt and pepper.

Breading Process
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with buttermilk, and one with cornmeal. Dip each tomato slice in flour, then in buttermilk, and finally coat with cornmeal.

Fry the Tomatoes
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded tomato slices for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Dish
On a serving plate, place fried green tomatoes, top each slice with a spoonful of the crab filling, drizzle with green goddess dressing, and add a dollop of pepper jam. Garnish with microgreens.
