Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the Yukon Gold potatoes into a hasselback style, making thin cuts about 1/8 inch apart, but not cutting all the way through. Place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Cook the Ribeye
Cook the ribeye for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Grilling the Broccolini

Grill the Broccolini
Toss the broccolini with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
Herb Butter

Prepare Herb Butter
In a small bowl, mix the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter with minced garlic, chopped thyme, and rosemary. Set aside.
