Method

Burger Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Form the Patty

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined. Form into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

Toppings Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Slice the tomato and red onion. Set aside all toppings for assembly.

Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Cook the Fries

Preheat your oven according to the frozen French fries package instructions. Toss fries with olive oil and salt, then arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for the recommended time or until golden and crispy.

Burger Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Once the patty is cooked, place it on the bottom half of the burger bun. Layer the romaine lettuce, tomato slice, onion slices, and pickle slices on top. Cover with the top half of the bun.
