For the Chicken Patty

Prepare the Chicken Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.

Form Patties
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties.

Fry the Patties
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the patties and fry for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
For the Braised Pork Belly

Prepare the Pork Belly
In a pot, combine pork belly, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, sliced ginger, and water.

Braised Cooking
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce to low, cover, and let it braise for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until tender. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before slicing.
For Assembly

Prepare the Buns and Vegetables
Toast potato buns lightly if desired. Slice the tomato into thick rounds.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each bun, layer lettuce, a fried chicken patty, slices of braised pork belly, a drizzle of hot honey, and a slice of tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
