Preparing the Burger Patty

Forming the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and form into patties.

Adding Liquid Ingredients
Gradually whisk in the beef broth, ensuring there are no lumps. Add the whiskey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Assembling the Burger

Building the Dublin Burger®
On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a lettuce leaf followed by a cooked patty. Top with a generous amount of creamy bleu cheese, then drizzle the whiskey gravy over the cheese. Add crispy fried onions and a slice of tomato. Cap with the top half of the bun.
